We want you to love your Noah Kahan merchandise, but if you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for printing.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring the return authorization slip is included inside.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
